Building on this success, CSA delivers a hybrid mentorship model, offering both in-person and online mentorship programs to ensure nationwide accessibility and sustained engagement. These mentorship sessions are designed to provide hands-on guidance, founder-to-founder learning, and expert-led insights, helping entrepreneurs navigate scaling, market expansion, and operational challenges at every stage of their journey.

To further enhance founder readiness and global competitiveness, CSA has hosted high-impact workshops and knowledge sessions in collaboration with leading national and international partners, including Export Development Canada (EDC), Deloitte, Global Startups, Singapore Fintech Festival, and Hub 47. These workshops focus on export readiness, funding and investment preparedness, global market entry, innovation strategy, and sustainable scaling, empowering Canadian founders particularly women-led startups to compete and succeed on the global stage.
